What happens when I place an order? 

On Placing an order you will receive a confirmation via email. We will then process your order and let you know when its been shipped.

 

Do you have any products in stock? 

Our products are made to order but occasionally we will have some in stock. our standard lead time is 4 to 6 weeks but if you need your order sooner please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.

 

How will my order be shipped?

Larger Items will be shipped using a dedicated van service while smaller items will be sent using a courier. We will send you an email prior to delivery to let you know when to expect your items.

 

Can I come and view the product?

You’re welcome to visit our Bristol workshop to see our products in the flesh. Just get in touch to arrange an appointment.

 

What happens if my item is damaged on arrival? 

All are shipping is insured. If your item is damaged on arrival please keep all packaging, photograph damage and let us know as soon as possible.

 

Do you deliver worldwide?

Our standard shipping option is UK only however we are happy to ship any product worldwide. For a shipping quote please contact us.
